We live in a nice and safe neighborhood. A lot of families and kids around.

• Fully furnished with a queen-size bed (we are flexible, we can move the bed if you have your own furniture)
• Private bathroom
• Small desk/workspace
• Window facing the neighborhood

We try to keep our home peaceful, safe, and family-centered — we’re looking for someone who values that kind of environment.

We are a family of 4. Mom from Venezuela and Dad from California. We are a bilingual household (Spanish & English), but English is spoken most of the time as dad doesn’t speak Spanish. Mom works flexibly from home and homeschools the two kids (ages 2 and 4). Mom takes them out every day but they are home often and the house has a very family-oriented, lived-in feel.
