• FREE street PARKING; Paid spot in driveway $30/mo.

• Seeking roommate who is also easy-going, smart, friendly, non-smoking, and clean in common areas (especially kitchen sink and counters). Please have a reliable income source / full-time employment. Hybrid work is okay; no 100% work-from-home. No additional Pets (enjoy our ducks in the backyard, though!)

• Easy 30 day-trial to see if it’s a mutual fit; month-to-month after that. Potential for long-term lease.

Utils (heat, water, wifi): $120-50/mo.

$200 deposit to hold your spot, deducted off 1st month’s rent when you move in. $1 Month (refundable damage deposit) due upon move-in.
