You will also have access to half of all storage closets throughout the shared spaces (living room&kitchen& laundry) as well as half of kitchen cabinets & drawers. 🏠 The asking price also includes access to community pool thats visible from home and open year round with jacuzzi as well!! 🏊‍♂️ Our condo itself has a common parking area that’s feet from the unit, and is facing a large planted courtyard area with bbq grills & many tables that can all be seen from inside condo.💚

Hello Vegas friends!! My fiancé & I are both in our early 20’s and are interested in finding a like minded roommate or roommates to rent our extra space in our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo! We have 3 kitties that are pretty much our children for now and all kinda do their own thing throughout the home so someone who is Cat Friendly is a must! 🐈‍⬛ We both work full time with opposite schedules so our time off is usually spent doing stuff outdoors or just getting out of the house in general. We both have common interests such as gardening, camping, going to concerts & longboarding and would enjoy finding new people to experience these things with as well! ☺️
