The room currently has a full bed, two bookshelves, desk, and large mirror with plenty of floor space left. There is a good sized closet and big window.
The house is located in midtown and includes a parking space, front and back yard, and storage shed. The shared spaces include the living room; front room; dining room; kitchen; and bathroom.
A little about me: 25, work for SCAD, and have 2 cats (no other pets please). I enjoy reading, going to the park and beach, puzzles, game nights, and movie marathons. I go out occasionally, but for the most part spend time with a few friends.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is clean, friendly, doesn’t leave messes around, and is willing to pitch in with chores and yard work. I’d love to be roommates AND friends!
