Cute private room. Shared bathroom. Queen bed, mattress with sheets, comforter, pillows, towels, hand towels and wash clothes included in rent. Internet, yard and seasonal house cleaning included in rent. Washer, dryer, are included on site. Dishwasher will stay as long as they don’t cause any problems and are well cared for. Big back yard with garden bed for hobby gardener. The house is multi level with stairs. See photos.

Beautiful neighborhood with great neighbors. Very quiet and safe. I have walked by myself late at night many times.

Common areas are shared along with utilities. No access to the garage.

We are all very quiet, everyone works different times of days so we try to maintain quiet so everyone can get some sleep. The common areas are kept clean and dishes are always washed after use. There are 2 living room areas but mostly we hang out in our rooms. Some times we cook for each other but that’s only when we have time. Everyone works a lot.
