Room for rent in 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom townhouse! Rent is $795 for the room plus utilities. A beautiful townhouse just up the road on Florida Rd past Machos, Pop Sushi, and Bread. You’ll have a private bedroom and share a full bathroom. There is a half bath downstairs to use as well. There will be a total of three renters, and I will be one of them. We all have use of an in unit washer and dryer. So nice…no more runs to do laundry. About the roomies
I’m a young professional who loves the outdoors—weekend car camping, skiing, hiking, and making the most of living in a beautiful area. I own the townhome and live here as well, along with another young professional roommate.
You’d be sharing an upstairs bathroom with her, and there’s also a convenient half bath downstairs. The home has a relaxed, welcoming vibe—we love spending evenings on the back patio, lounging in the hammock on sunny days, or unwinding inside with a book or TV.
We both stay active—running, working out (I usually do home workouts in the mornings, and she goes to the gym)—and enjoy a mix of social time (craft nights, going out with friends) and quieter evenings at home.
I recently said goodbye to my cat, S’mores, after 16 wonderful years. There isn’t a pet in the home right now, but I may eventually adopt another cat.
