Looking for housemate in NE Cully house. I’ve lived here for 2+ years and I love it here. I’m not in a rush to fill the rooms, rather looking for the right fit… please read entire listing before messaging:

The House, 1012 sq ft: ▪︎ 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom. • 2 rooms available, 10x10 and 10x12, each with a 4x2 closet and 2 windows. Unfurnished. • my room is on the opposite side of the house ▪︎ Large backyard with space to garden, apple & pear tree. ▪︎ Kitchen is small but functional, I have lots of bonus appliances you’d be welcome to use (vitamix, dehydrator, instant pot, stand mixer, food processor, canning equipment). ▪︎ Bright living room, tons of houseplants; fully furnished, there’s room for a small couch or chair or whatever, but not a ton of extra space outside of the bedrooms. ▪︎ House has a washer and dryer, central heating and AC. ▪︎ Neighborhood is quiet, on a road not heavily traveled, plenty of street parking, several parks nearby.

Rent, Utility, Lease, & Move-in info: ▪︎ House is managed by a large local property management company. They’re quick with most repairs. Annual house inspection happens randomly with 3 day notice, otherwise they don’t come around. ▪︎ Rent is $1300/month for 1 person, or $1400 for 2 people. ▪︎ Tenants pay all utilities, split equally: • $150-400/month total • Water bill ~$400 every 3 months. ▪︎ Lease runs April 1 - March 31, all tenants are required to apply and be added to the lease. ▪︎ Move in can be anytime with 2+ weeks notice from application approval.

About You: ▪︎ Hoping to find a compatible person who wants to stay a while! ▪︎ Eco-conscious, uses earth friendly cleaning and hygiene products, no chemical fragrances (I’m highly sensitive), recycles & composts. ▪︎ Mature, communicates well, addresses issues as they arise. ▪︎ Keeps common spaces tidy, helps clean regularly including periodic deep cleaning, occasional yard work. ▪︎ Not a partier, no hard drugs.

As I mentioned I’m not in a hurry, this is my Home and I’m dedicated to finding the right fit to maintain a peaceful coexistence.

About Me: ▪︎ Late 40s, progressive, eco-conscious, conscientious, friendly, introvert. ▪︎ I love to cook and can and ferment, craft, puzzle, listen to music, and garden (I grow a ton of food and flowers). I regularly go out to the forest to forage, camp, or hike. ▪︎ My dog is 13 and deaf, super sweet once she gets to know you. No other dogs but a dog-friendly cat might be alright (home owner needs to approve).
