Owner/Landlord: Friendly, tech-savvy professional who works remotely, manages a logistics business, and travels often throughout the year. Resides on the 1st floor in a separate private area.

Second Tenant: Office Manager / Executive Assistant with a weekday work schedule, typically 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Resides on the 3rd floor in the opposite bedroom from the one available.

Cat on Site: There is also a 10-year-old tuxedo cat in the home belonging to the female tenant. He is quiet, friendly, mellow, and affectionate. He enjoys snuggling, observing whatever is going on, and sometimes joining in. He often sleeps, enjoys occasional walks outside, and is typically in the female tenant’s bedroom. His automatic food and water feeder is located on the middle level of the townhouse.
