A small house but great price for a great location! The room is small but you’ll also be able to use the area directly outside of it, in any way you want, as long as it’s not too cluttered.

I’m a 32 year-old freelance male(non-binary) film worker that also plays music. I’m pretty quiet and stay in my room a lot when I’m home. I work odd hours so I may be up at night and sleep during the day sometimes but I also travel for work so there will be some weeks and/or weekends where you’ll have the place to your self. I’m also neurodivergent(autistic) so I’d prefer someone who’s open minded to and slightly understands the autism spectrum, whether they’re neurodivergent or not. Also, would love to share it with other creatives types. It’s a small space so it’s important we get along, and can communicate with each other well.
