I have a spare room available in my apartment in Canal Winchester. It’s on the bottom floor, and it comes with a decent-sized closet for storage.

The apartment is in a nice, quiet community and is kept clean. It is a non-smoking property.

There are also some amenities included—like a 24-hour gym, a pool, and a dog area if you have a pet.

The area is pretty convenient too, with stores and food spots nearby, but still has a calm, laid-back vibe.

A little about me—I’m 21 and going back to school, I have no pets. I work part-time and I also do dog sitting, so when I have bookings (usually 1–2 weeks at a time), I’m rarely home during those periods. I’m pretty reserved and easygoing, and I keep things clean and respectful.
