About the room
Looking for someone to take over my lease starting Aug 1, 2026 (can be flexible on an earlier start as well). This is a large bedroom in a 3bd/1bth with one other roommate. The third bedroom is used as an office/storage space.
The bedroom is very spacious, and has an attached small closet/office area, with a large balcony attached. The kitchen was updated in October 2024, with new appliances. Free laundry in the basement.
The apartment is on the second floor of a two unit building. It is minutes from the Oak square YMCA and 57 bus line. Free street parking, no permit needed. There is a yard in the back, and another balcony off the other side of the unit (aka lots of outdoor space!) Very dog friendly!!!
About the roomies
You’d be moving in with my current roommate who is late 30s with an 8-4 job in marketing, mostly work from home. She has a 9 year old, very chill husky (she is very quiet and friendly). Unfortunately she does not like cats, but gets along with other dogs (I currently live here with my greyhound). Our apartment is pretty quiet, but we enjoy having movie nights or friends over for dinner or drinks.
