One-story house in a quiet neighborhood of Southtown, Corvallis. Lots of natural light and recently remodeled kitchen. Dishwasher, in-unit laundry, central heating, and wall AC unit in the main living space. 2 bath — you will share a bathroom with one other tenant. Front and back yard with lots of flowers and edible plants (apples, blackberries, raspberries, herbs, and more) that are maintained by the landlord as well as two garden beds for tenant use and a fire pit. There is also a garage that we use for storing bikes and miscellaneous stuff. We park on the street, but there is also a driveway that can fit one car.

We have a new two year lease starting in July that you would be added to. We’re able to add or remove people from the lease if everyone (including you!) agrees. The two of us qualify for the place on our own, so if you decide later on that you don’t want to stay the full two years, you’ll still be able to leave. However, we’d like to find someone who plans on staying the full 2 years (this also means your rent won’t go up next year).

Your room includes large closet and east-facing window. For size reference, the bed frame in the picture is a full bed size. The house is close to Willamette park and Avery park and is about a 10 minute bike ride from downtown Corvallis (there’s a bike path and pedestrian bridge that goes downtown from here), or 15 minutes to OSU’s campus.

We are two 25 year old female grad students at OSU looking for a third roommate to fill the last room in our house. We have a preference for a female or nonbinary roommate, but feel free to chat with us regardless if this seems otherwise to be a good fit. We like to keep a clean space and value open communication between roommates. It’s also very important to us to keep this space LGBT+ friendly, so if that makes you a bit uncomfortable, then this may not be the best option for you. We also don’t smoke in the house for a combination of health reasons (migraines) and just preferences.

We are fairly quiet but enjoy hanging out in the evenings and hosting occasional game or craft nights for our friends and would love a roommate we can be friends with! We are both pretty busy, but in our free time we enjoy spending time outside, hitting the farmer’s market, and exploring events around the area. We share the house with one cat, Nova, who is friendly but will mostly stay out of your way. We are also hoping to get a dog eventually so ideally not looking to add more pets right now but would love someone who wants to live with them!
