The room is 13’11 x 12’6, with a walk-in closet that connects to the bathroom. The rooms are fairly separated across the apartment for privacy. 2nd story in the main leasing building which has direct access to the lounge, billiards, coffee, pool, and gym, downstairs. The area is in between Avery Ranch and SH 45, off of Parmer, very relaxed and security is good.
About the roomies
I’m a relaxed person, 42, fairly domesticated and tidy and currently working from home. The people living here are also relaxed and noise doesn’t seem to be an issue. I have a small dog who is very sweet and doesn’t bark much at all, shi-poo.
