I have full amenities in the apartment complex. The room isn’t completely furnished just a bed and a TV. Its for the most part private. I live on one side you live on the other. Full access to kitchen and living area.

Pets (Important): I have 3 dogs and 1 cat. They are house-trained and part of my daily life, so you must be comfortable living with animals. Because of this, I’d prefer:
No additional pets (or open to discussion if you want flexibility) Someone who is not allergic and is okay with pet hair/noise
Ideal roommate:
Stable income Clean and considerate Okay with animals No smoking indoors (adjust if needed)
