Hello! This house has a beautiful front and backyard with driveway and street parking. This is a three bedroom home with two living spaces, kitchen, dining room, one bathroom, and new washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, and fridge! This house has AC and heating as well. New flooring and new bathroom as well as fresh carpet cleaning done in the bedrooms. I have a cat so no other animals are welcome other than small reptiles and rodents.

My name is Elena (she/her) and I’m 22 years old and my roommate Ashton (he/him) is 23 years old! We both are super chill, 4/20 friendly, mostly in our rooms throughout the time we’re here but we have the occasional people over for a little get together or small party. We’re super nice and understanding as I am LGBTQ+ and both come from inclusive communities and backgrounds. We usually just play video games and make a quick meal and chill in our rooms!
