It’s a nice room, with a window, a closet, and a private bathroom with a bath tub. Apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Parking is available right in front of the building. Location is pretty great as it has all great stores and restaurants within 5 mins drive. Falls on 12 mile rd. Apartment has in-unit washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave and oven. Overall it’s a nice place to live at a great price.

I’m working professional, with an 8-4 job on the weekdays. On other days, I like to go shopping, cook, crochet or paint. I also tend to keep to myself. I like to keep the place clean and quiet and prefer roommates who agree with the lifestyle. My current roommate is a student and will leave post her semester so I’m looking for someone who can join around May/June. Getting on the lease is mandatory and there’ll be a background check. Pets are allowed on this property.
