Room has 2 large windows and a private entrance sliding door to a huge deck and backyard with beautiful views of the mountains and sunsets with great ocean cross breezes and bbqs. No one above or below you.

2 male Marines live at the house along with one female caterer (she is part of the LGBTQ+ community), and all are in their early 30’s. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other male Marine (30 year old male) and have your own private room. 2nd floor with beautiful views and lots of privacy. Guests welcome as well as visiting children and overnight guests.
