Room comes fully furnished with desk , bed and tv. $1000 a month for single occupancy semi private bathroom and private kitchen. $50 extra a month if you have a dog. $20 extra a month for a cat. First and last months rent due to move in plus a $200 dollar refundable deposit. Room comes furnished/unfurnished (your choice), Room has two large windows with great ocean cross breezes, freshly painted. No one above or below you or on the sides. You would basically have your own place as I live on the 2nd floor and the other roommate is seldom at the house due to working out of town. 2 males live here. One is a 25 year barber who works and and goes to school full time and is seldom home, and the other works for Amazon.
