The price listed is for a couple. We will consider a fair price for a single roommate. 1 private bedroom furnished with a new full sized bed, which can be removed, if you’d like. The rest of common areas of the 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house are shared. There is a washer and dryer in the first floor bathroom. A large kitchen with plenty of room to work around each other, if needed. There are 2 full sized refrigerators and 2 stoves. We have a covered back porch, with a gas grill, a table, and seating. There’s a large back yard, with a large private parking lot with multiple cameras, and 2 fire pit options in the yard. There’s plenty of garden space … way too much for me to keep up with by myself, so if you’re a gardener, I’d be happy to share that past time! If not, that’s okay too. We are within walking distance to all of the Zieglerville shops and Cobble park. We are close to the Rt 73 and Rt 29 circle.

2 couples one in their 20’s the other in their 40’s. We are not related by blood, but have become a family, no doubt. The men have been working together making/delivering cement precast sewer systems for several years. The younger lady is a law student and is currently working for a law firm. The “older lady” (that’s me) is a full time commercial driver. I occasionally substitute as a bus driver for area school districts, on my days off. (Sometimes I question myself as to why I do this, because the stress of 50 + screaming kids behind you, as you’re trying to read tiny numbers on mail box’s, is always how “normal” people want to spend their day off from work!) So, obviously, I have background clearances. We all work day shift hours. Most nights we have dinner together then head up to bed rather early, especially on work nights. We do have a small energetic crate trained dog who loves to play. You don’t have to be his number one fan, but at least tolerable of his occasional barking at the dogs on the tv, or that one insurance company commercial where he wants to prank call each other, and that one little boy that loves broccoli in that Aldi’s commercial. ( idk, what can I say, other than “he’s a special kind of weird.” ) … We believe in our home being OUR HOME. We have visitors. We sometimes have sleepovers with our grandchildren/siblings. Our families come as they please and hopefully you and your family will feel comfortable enough to do the same.
