The room has a good sized closet and great view of the property. The neighborhood is very quiet with friendly neighbors, and the purple line is an 8 minute drive away.

My name is Evelyn (25) and I work as a residential counselor. I’m a pretty quiet person who’s mostly reading, watching movies or going on walks if I’m not cooking/baking. I’m also into crafting, especially sculpting and painting. I have an older cat who gets along well with anyone she meets. The second roomie in the house is 35 working in print production, also into the arts. :~)) We both make it a point to maintain clean shared spaces and respect boundaries.
