It’s a great room for anyone who enjoys a cozy cabin feel. It features beautiful wood floors, walls, and ceiling, along with a really nice fireplace with electric logs and a good-sized closet.

Hey! I’m a 47-year-old single guy who works hard, enjoys life, and keeps a really clean and peaceful home. I’m friendly, easygoing, and looking for a roommate who’s the same—especially when it comes to keeping things clean and respectful. The house is in a great spot—about 2.5 miles from downtown Gadsden, and close to shopping, restaurants, and everything you need. The room comes furnished with a twin bed and nightstand, but there’s space if you’d rather bring a full or queen bed. I’m looking for just one person (no couples), since the space is better suited for that. Having a friend or date over now and then is totally fine—I just prefer not to have extra people around all the time. If you’re laid-back, responsible, and like a clean, comfortable place to come home to, this could be a great fit.
