Looking for one responsible, clean, respectful working professional who is financially stable, communicative, and comfortable in a quiet shared home environment.

7 Minutes away from major shopping locations like: WalMart, Publix, CVS, several restaurants, gas stations, and 5 miles from 20 HWY. 15 minutes to Covington Square. This location is convenient to everything you need.

This room is only for 1 single lady with no pets, preferably 40+ years old. Located inside a 3 Bedroom/2 Bath house to share with female owner. Room comes with 1 private bathroom down the hallway. Light cooking and quiet are required.

The agreement will be month to month with a Security Deposit (open to long term). Room can be furnished or unfurnished, I’m open to either.

I am the owner of this home, work a lot from home and rarely have company over, (but you can if you choose), non smoker/any kind of drugs, and have no kids. Also, I leave out of town Thursday - Monday of each week so you’ll have the place mostly to yourself.
