Hey there! We have a 1B/1B available in our awesome apartment in Mountain View, and we are currently looking for 1 female roommate in her mid to late-20’s or 30’s!

About the place: This is a 3 bed/2 baths apartment located at Central Park at Whisman Station. The unit is on the second floor and is very close to the pool, the gym and the management office (easier to pick up packages). There is 1 master bedroom and 2 standard sized bedrooms. The room that is available is a master bedroom with a private bathroom. The room’s current decor is different than the pictures but it will be completely empty by the time you move in.

The apartment has internet, A/C and heat, a fully equipped kitchen and an in-unit washing & drying machine.

The complex is less than a mile from the Mountain View CalTrain Station and downtown Mountain View, close to Fwy 101 and 85, the Steven Creek trail, Google or NASA (4 min) and Stanford (15 min), very convenient!

Move-in date: 2/10 (early move-in possible) Deposit: $250 + 1 month rent Rent: $1,553/month (may increase for ~$50 in September annually) Utilities: Water, gas, electricity and internet (not included) Parking: 1 Shared covered parking space for the unit and plenty of other uncovered parking spaces (never an issue) Application fee: $45 (You will have to submit an application to the management) Lease: month to month, but we are looking for someone long term

What are we looking for in a roommate? We like to keep the apartment clean and we respect each other’s privacy, so we would expect the same in return! We take turns doing cleaning tasks for the apartment, and would hope that you’re on board with this. We enjoy being social with each other, but we’re definitely not party animals. Significant others are welcome over, of course, but we’re looking for 1 roommate - not 2 :)

Both roommates are female working professionals at Google. We spend our weeknights working late or hitting the gym. On the weekends, we both love hanging out with friends or traveling when we can. We like hanging at the apartment together, but also enjoy some downtime binging Netflix when necessary.
