Great room in a 3 bedroom, single story house, conveniently located a few miles from the water in Huntington Beach and close to the 405 freeway (but still west of the 405). Close to shopping and the Bella Terra mall. Utilities are split and come out to be ~ 100/month. This home has been in our friend group for over 7 years, and is rent-controlled. Looking for a good fit.

Shared bathroom with male roommate.

Room can come move-in ready with desk, night stand and bed if you want it, or I can remove everything if you wish.

1: Male, young professional, 30yo, focused on health, work, hobbies, and friends. Works in the office ~ 9-5. 2: Female, young professional, 28yo, works nights in a lab.

Both roommates are friends and share the living space like a normal home. Both are very friendly and quiet/respectful of the space.

Looking for someone who is in a similar boat with no pets.
