Private bedroom in the backyard. Completely furnished. Shared kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, covered lanai and side open patio with hot tub. in the older small 2 bedroom 1 bath main house. Must like big dogs i have two friendly pit bulls, but they do not like other animals. All smoking must be done outside. No drugs, no drama. Occasional company allowed.
