Master bedroom, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom in a quiet, new neighborhood. Shared house with plenty of living and storage space, small yard, and two car garage. New appliances including washer/dryer, dishwasher, and two fridge/freezers. House has high-speed internet and heating and air conditioning. Utilities are not included in rent but typically cost ~80 monthly. No pets, please. Desirable location 10 minutes from UNR, TMCC Dandini campus, and downtown Reno by car.
About the roomies
Roommates are two late twenty-something women. We are renters, not the homeowners. We are both full-time working students with busy schedules, so peace and quiet is appreciated. We tend to be night owls and like to sleep in whenever possible. In our free time, we both enjoy crafting, bad movies, and going on walks or playing pickleball. One roommate also likes to stress-clean.
