About the room
North side. Pretty spacious for the price. I stay in the smaller of the two rooms. The bigger room is approximately 12’x18’. Lived here for some time, so common areas are mostly furnished. Garage + off street parking. In unit washer/dryer. Lease has first cat free, $10 a month for added for an additional cat.
About the roomies
Bit of a night owl with a second shift job. Generally quiet and keep to myself. Lots of hobbies/ crafts. I don’t have my own cat, but I like having them around. A bit of eccentric taste in decoration.
