The room is 14’ x 11’ and painted white. It has 3 windows with blackout shades. It has one large closet and one small closet. The bathroom is directly across from the room. Two smoke alarms are installed in the room. The view outside the windows is beautiful, as Miami Springs is a beautiful city with many trees. It is the safest place to live in Dade County and people here watch out for their neighbors.
About the roomies
My wife and I love living in Miami Springs. Our youngest son is moving out and the room will be available on May 1st. I am retired and am at home the majority of the time.
