The apartment is in a quiet, safe area with great natural light and easy access to campus, bus routes, and local shops. You’ll have your own private room, and we’ll share the common areas. It’s a peaceful, well‑kept home — perfect for someone who values comfort, stability, and a calm living environment. Rent is month-to-month basis. Utility and internet bills are separate and are shared between roommates. We need to pay $975 security deposit ( shared between roommates).
