I’m looking for a clean, responsible roommate to share a spacious and cozy apartment near Gonzaga. The home includes a covered garage, in‑unit washer and dryer, heating, a comfortable living space, and a well‑maintained kitchen with plenty of storage. The apartment is in a quiet, safe area with great natural light and easy access to campus, bus routes, and local shops. You’ll have your own private room, and we’ll share the common areas. It’s a peaceful, well‑kept home — perfect for someone who values comfort, stability, and a calm living environment. Rent is month-to-month basis. Utility and internet bills are separate and are shared between roommates. We need to pay $975 security deposit ( shared between roommates). The property office will go through a screening process.
