The room is in a 3 floor townhouse in the Toluca Lake area with a roof top and in-unit laundry machine. We have a great view of the mountains and the city, and friendly neighbors in a safe neighborhood. The property is in a private court, tucked away from the road which adds an added layer of security. The house is fully furnished but the available room will be fully empty. The room is on the 3rd floor, has a private bathroom, which includes a bath, and a window in the bedroom.

Hi I’m Aspen! The other roomies on the property are me (19) and my sister (23). I work in childcare and my sister works in the entertainment industry. We like the house to feel very relaxed and homey, so finding someone who we can feel comfortable with is important to us.
