You would have your own fully furnished private room with office space, and a walk-in closet. Rent includes utilities and internet but utilities could be split by percentage to reduce the monthly rate, and the deposit is refundable. I also made a dedicated living room space and newly renovated bathroom for my roommates all upstairs. I personally don’t even go upstairs at all and also have a nice small back patio space with a small pool. The home is new and peaceful and located near everything in the northern Woodlands off 242. 5 minutes from the highway, grocery store, medical district, restaurants and shopping centers, literally everything.

I’m a Producer in the local Film Industry and don’t really have any preferences with roommates but I am pretty social if you want to be. This is my first home and I bought it with the intention of having 1-2 roommates. I’ve worked in the Hospitality space for a long time and value the rules and respect that come with it. Above all else I am just looking for a reliable and trustworthy roommate so let me know as I am willing to negotiate on price.
