Hi, my name is Tyler. I’m a firefighter and travel frequently for work and recreation, so I’m not home very often. Because of that, I’m looking for a responsible, respectful person to rent a room in my home.

The bedroom is spacious and comes with its own private bathroom. The room can be unfurnished or partially furnished depending on your needs.

The home is located in a quiet gated community in Northwest Bakersfield, close to restaurants, shopping, and everyday amenities. The property sits right on Riverlakes Golf Course and the house also has a pool.

I work and travel a lot. I keep common areas tidy and clean. I enjoy the outdoors and being active. I like to cook, snowboard and play pickleball.

There is a nurse that lives in the casita, which is detached from the main house. She usually keeps to herself but is happy to make friendly conversation.
