Nice location, apartment complex has a gym, pool, dog park etc parking is free. Laundry machine and dryer inside the building 1.60 dollar per load. Rent includes electric/ water, trash WiFi etc. I myself moved in 4 weeks ago working full time as a chef and will start college this August also full time for my bachelor and Airforce ROTC (I’m basically at home to sleep/ shower at this point) one bedroom apartment but whole living room including the balcony is yours privacy adjustments will be made or you can have the room I take the living room (dishwasher ,oven etc present but I didn’t furnish the house further yet)
