There is minor wall damage from previous tenant that can be fixed before move in if requested. Apartment is fully furnished, but bedroom is empty and would need bedroom furnishings. Utilities are not included in the price but range from $75-125 depending on the season and use. This is including wifi! No more pets on the property as there is already a dog in the home. Must be able to pass a background check. There is also an income limit for the property that you would have to meet.
I am a 30 year old profession with a typical 9-5, Monday through Friday job. I WFH 1-2 days a week. I usually relax at home after work and on weekends. I do have a gaming/office set up in the living room. I like having friends score for DnD and game/movie nights! Averagely clean and quiet. I do have a dog. She is a 6 year old German Shepherd mix and is slightly reactive with other animals, which is why we can’t have any more animals at the apartment. She loves people, but is protective of her space and people she loves.
