A great location on W. Anderson and Burnet Road (2425 Ashdale Dr. 78757); it is very convenient area for shoping and dinning. A bus line to Austin downtown and UT right next to property. A private room with a private bathroom in a 2/2 condo, sharing common areas, living room, dinning room, kitchen with equipment/silvers/plates and washer/dryer in unit. (Rent $899, deposit $500, plus pay half of WIFI & half of Electricity.) The bus line 3 & 324 is right on the front; 3-Burnet/Manchaca (direct to UT and downtown); 324-Georgian/Ohen (the other side of Austin).
About the roomies
I am a nurse, working for HHSC. I am the owner of the condo. My son lives in the other room who is a psychologist consultant. He will not have party or friends coming overnight at all time. He likes be quiet and he travels a lot.
