I have an older home so the rooms are on the smaller side. There are two bathrooms in the house so if preferred we can each stake a claim to one. I have a fenced in backyard. I myself have 2 cats and a dog. I’d prefer you not have a dog/cat but am open if everything else fits. One of the rooms is the “gym”. I have a pole and a squat rack. As well as some dumbbells.

No smoking. At all. Can’t stand the smell sorry.

I am pretty introverted so I’d prefer to not have guests at the house all the time. Occasionally is fine. I work two jobs so I am pretty busy and would like a quiet roommate. I dont drink or smoke. I’m also vegan and love to cook/bake.
