About the room
Private room available in a 3-bedroom / 2-bath apartment, available April 1. Located near Sawtelle & Santa Monica Blvd, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores within walking distance. Honestly, one of the best perks of this place is that it’s very safe, clean, and quiet. Both a police station and a fire station are just a couple of blocks away, and the neighborhood is respectful and peaceful.

About the roomies
- 1 female sports writer / actor (works from home and office, depending on gigs)
- 1 female fashion & culture writer / editor (works from home)
Both of us are very low key and not party people, maybe occasional dinner gatherings but never a big group. We also take turns vacuuming the common areas, so someone who’s okay with basic shared chores would be great.
We’re hoping to find a clean, respectful, and responsible professional with stable job/income. Since both of us work from home a lot, we’d prefer someone who goes to work outside the house, but it’s not mandatory. Most importantly, we’re looking for the right fit — someone who values mutual trust and willing to create a comfortable co-living environment. I’m sure that’s what you’re looking for, too!
