Huge bedroom on the second floor, north east facing window with beautiful morning light. Overlooks backyard garden! Located in Fishtown / East Kensington (one block off York St). Fully furnished with a king bed set, new mattress. My house is fully appointed with finished basement (with a pinball machine and a bar!) kitchen, dining room, sitting area, gigantic washer and dryer, and massive roof deck with center city views, also overlooking our brand new playground on Hagert St. I also upkeep my garden with veggies and herbs. I have 4 pet quails who live in their own mansion outside. I’m a full time employed career professional. I work from home and utilize my home office at the front of the house. I am very well-mannered, and respect privacy. Would prefer someone who isn’t into partying (at least at home). I am very allergic to cats, but willing to consider a small dog. I respect everyone’s privacy and pretty much just like to cook and chill when I’m at home. I am 100% gluten free as I have celiac disease… So this would need to be a conversation. My kitchen is 100% gluten free to avoid cross-contamination, but there are some workarounds that we could agree to. I love concerts and traveling, and I play pinball competitively :)
