3/19/26 I will post a photo of the bedroom for rent after 3/24 when Javier moves out and I’ve got it all nice and cleaned.

Our spacious, 1500 sq ft apartment will be available for a new roomie starting April 1st. The 13x12ft room is available for $472ish. Electric/utilities/internet are around $100/mo total. The room comes with a good size closet. Common areas incl. full bathroom would be shared, but we’re both not home a ton so you’d have your own chill time. Carlos has his own private bathroom attached to the primary bedroom.

There is coin-operated laundry in the basement, a storage area, and underground garage ($35/mo). Surface parking is free and I’ve never had an issue with it the 4 years I’ve lived here. Connected to the living room is a 2nd story balcony (weed/cigarette smoking is fine out there just not in the house please). A security deposit of $500 will be needed before move-in.

There is one small dog living here. We sadly aren’t open to a new pet moving in due to cleanliness issues with past pets. Well… Maybe we could be convinced.

Carlos (M27) and I (26F) are platonic roommates, we met on FB Marketplace a couple years ago and are now looking for a compatible roommate to take over the third bedroom. We like to play board games in the apartment, have friends over for drinks maybe 1x/month, and occasionally go out and about for a movie or something.
