I am looking for a single person to occupy this nice cozy private unattached room for short possibly long term rent. If you new to the area or relocating and need to get your feet under you, this has great location to transit. Room has a fridge, Queen sized bed 32 inch tv. There is no bathroom in this unit but you will have access to the main house kitchen and bathroom. This is an ideal short-term rental for students, harvest interns, traveling nurses, or those looking for more permanent housing. Please no pets there are no exceptions to this no matter how well mannered they are. No drugs or excessive partying. 420 is OK. Deposit is required. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions
