Available July We have a private room available in a relaxed, lived-in home in Tigard. The room includes its own AC unit for comfort year-round, large windows with blackout curtains, and a good-sized closet. The main bathroom would primarily be yours, giving you added space and privacy.

Our home is dog-friendly with two friendly dogs, so you must be comfortable around pets. We are a cannabis-friendly household, so we’re looking for someone who is okay with that environment.

Our grandchildren visit about once a month, bringing a fun, family vibe when they’re here. The backyard includes a small playground, a fire pit, and outdoor space to enjoy. We also have a house cleaner come every other week, which helps keep shared spaces fresh and maintained.

We’re located in a convenient area close to TriMet and nearby shopping, making commuting and daily errands easy.

A little about us: we’re a laid-back, mature couple who enjoy a balanced lifestyle. We like to travel, stay active, and go to the gym. My husband enjoys his TV time (probably more than I’d prefer 😄), while I’m more of an early riser—I like to start my mornings with coffee, music, and a calm routine.

I work as an insurance agent and occasionally work from home, so the house can be quiet and steady during the day.
