Great sunset view, security gates, pool, gym, mail room, four bedroom apartment with three other residents (very friendly and quiet when necessary), private bathroom, washer and dryer in unit, no separate water bill, large communal area and pantry, safe environment.

I am actually looking for someone to take over my lease, because I need to move due to family responsibilities. My roommates are incredible, very welcoming, and are quiet when they are asked to be. They are college student ages, all female, and we currently have no pets, but pets are welcome in the apartment. We love to watch movies together in the living room, we love to go out and do things around Fort Wayne, and we overall get along very well!
