Mature, caring, Christian woman is seeking to share her serene/upscale town home in the Woodlake community of Durham with a very neat and orderly female professional or mature female student. The furnished room will be available on 06/01/21, and the rent is $650/month. A minimum three (3) month commitment is required. Possible extension for longer stay. In this time of Covid-19, I am overly cautious about WHO moves into my home. Have had both COVID vaccine shots and would need to know that you have been tested or are practicing safe COVID practices. I am a seasoned personal chef and now, my office is in my home. I “Cook in your Nook” for my catering clients who do not…. My refrigerator and oven are mainly used for my business. You will have a mini fridge in your bedroom. The townhouse includes a lovely upstairs bedroom and private bathroom and shared use of upstairs den. There is not a huge closet, but 2 desks can be used and closet basket organizers. Home space includes large living room, outdoor deck, and limited kitchen space. There are two small dogs, so must like dogs. No extra pets. This is a safe and quiet neighborhood around a lake, with pool not opened yet and walking trails in the community. We are conveniently located close to NCCU, Duke, and UNC-Chapel Hill, near Southpoint Mall and a five-minute drive to I-40. Amenities include washer/dryer, outdoor deck, entertainment area, cable tv, Wi-Fi and a home filled with antiques and style. Rent is due no later than the 1st of each month. A one month’s security deposit is required at move-in and will be reimbursed at move-out, following a full cleaning and inspection. A $50 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit to clean the room upon move-out. Part-time staff is present at least 2 days per week.
