About the room
I have 1 room to rent in my house that’s move-in ready. Rent is $625 per month with all utilities (water, electric, internet) covered. I have AT&T fiber at 1,000 mbps, so the internet is high-speed.
My house is walking distance to an HEB and about 5 minutes away from Walmart. The neighborhood is typically quiet, especially at night.
The house recently went through weatherization, so it stays pretty cool all year around and the energy bill is usually lower than average.
There is only a $100 deposit. I also require your last 4 pay stubs as proof of employment.
The bathroom is shared, with cabinet space for multiple people.
For the rest of the house, it is shared. I do not believe in confining people into their rooms. I am looking for chill roommates who clean up after themselves.
About the roomies
I bought a house a few years ago and realized I don’t need the entire place to myself. I decided to rent out some of the rooms since I know that renting has gotten out of hand, which is why I don’t require absurd unnecessary fees/deposits. I get along with almost anyone and everyone.
