About the room

I am looking for a queer roommate move in may 1st or around then. My current roommate is moving out and I am looking to fill their spot. Super sunny house with lots of window on the second floor but it’s not too steep. There is laundry in the basement, lots of parking, a dishwasher, microwave, new fridge, and the landlord is very attentive. The apartment has a front porch to sit on and also lots of yard space as well. It’s wicked close to the highway specifically 91 and is located in West Hatfield(about 5/10mins away from Northampton).
Rent is 875$ plus utitlies (electricity, gas, wifi) usually an additional 100$ depending on the month ! The apartment is cat and small animal friendly as well (I also love animals). Totally open to decorating more/ differently as some of the stuff pictured is not mine and will be taken when my old roommate moves.

About me: My name is Gwen I’m 24 and I am a trans non-binary lesbian. I perform and host drag shows so you’ll see me looking absolutely fabulous and insane sometimes. I am a seamstress and basically craft with everything under the sun. I have a partner and spend half my time there and half my time here so you’ll have lots of opportunities for alone time. I love to host friends and do not mind at all of there are gatherings here. I like to cook and bake. 420 friendly encouraged (I love to smoke on the porch in the sun) and I don’t drink much but no opposed to it and can make a really yummy drink. I would love to make dinner together occasionally and have open roomate communication about wants and needs.
