For the room you’d have, It is a bedroom with it’s own bathroom directly in front of the bedroom door
(We wouldn’t have anyone ever use your bathroom as a guest bathroom)
About the roomies
My partner and I are a young couple in our 20s, this will now be our 2nd place together.
We are cleanly, and considerate of the utilities as well as shared spaces, and we keep to ourselves most the time. No high expectations, only to make the house a home! Feel welcome to invite whomever as long as there is communication between everyone. Our fat kitty also loves company, as well as hypoallergenic so perfect for those possibly allergic!
