Cheap Rent + Cool Dog 🐕
Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for a 2 bed / 1 bath in Pullman. Rent is $500 + utilities, and it’s less than a mile from campus (plus bus stops nearby if walking isn’t your thing). Comes with free parking, Washer-dryer in unit, and gym(ish)
Move-in is flexible (starting around April 20), and I’m open to short-term or partial lease stays as long as everything is coordinated with the property manager.
About the roomies
About me: I’m a (23f) Library grad student, pretty low-key, not a partier, and I like a clean/quiet space.
I do have a German Shepherd, so you’d need to be comfortable around a large dog. Ideally looking for someone willing to help out occasionally while I’m at work (letting him out, feeding, etc.). I’m open to reducing rent depending on how much help you’re able to provide.
