2 rooms available in modern 4 bedroom 3 bath house in NW Fort Collins. About a 12-minute drive from CSU. Great for students. 2-story home with great backyard and kitchen. 2 car garage as well. Rooms are available July 30th for a 12-month lease.

We are two college students aged 25 and 21 (Ben and Tanner). I go to CSU and Tanner goes to FRCC. We like to keep a relatively clean house but we aren’t irritating about it or anything. Preferably, we’d like to meet a couple other students in their 20’s to share the house with, but we’re open to whatever as long as its a good fit. We don’t really throw parties here but we love having people over and having a good time in this great house. We’re hoping to find friendly, dependable roommates with good vibes. If that sounds like you hit us up! We enjoy watching movies, enjoying meals, and hanging out in the backyard on nice days. We’d like to make sure everything is a good fit (for your sake and for ours) before move-in. We look forward to meeting you and potentially having a chill, memorable year!
