Hi friends!

We will have a room available in our 3/2 East Nashville home beginning June 1st. One year lease with option to renew. $830 per month with $830 deposit to move in, utilities split three ways.

Located near Margaret Maddox YMCA, our home has a basement with W/D, central HVAC and a fenced-in backyard. You would have your own unfurnished bedroom, shared downstairs bathroom and a dedicated parking space.

A little bit about us: We are Rae ♀️ and Zack ♂️, both busy service industry workers and avid gym goers. Zack is also a musician 🤘That said, this is not a party house. We have a sweet elderly dog 🐶 and a cool kitty 🐈 living here so animal friendly is a must. Additional pet allowed with a one-time nonrefundable $250 fee paid to landlord.

What we are looking for: someone who is generally chill, considerate and not a slob. Open communication is highly valued. Someone who works outside of the home is preferred, but not a deal breaker. Plant parent is a plus! 🌿
