Looking for a responsible professional, with verified income and references, to share a peaceful, friendly, 3 bed/2 bath Burbank house, with 2 other professional females.

Close to Warner brothers, Disney, universal studios and the equestrian area. Safe neighborhood. Ample parking. 1 small friendly dog lives here. Another dog is welcome. And I can look after your dog if you travel. And visa versa.

Amenities include… washer/dryer. Kitchen, with all new appliances, ice making refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, double sink, anll cooking appliances, etc.

Central air conditioning, heating, and amazing ceiling fans in the bedroom. New bathroom with bath and shower. Wooden floors throughout Gated enclosed large courtyard and garden. Tranquil spa and pool area.

Unlimited high speed wi fi. Utilities are shared

The house is non smoking, no vapors, no drugs. No exceptions. That includes our guests. It’s not a party home, but it is ok to have friends visit, especially in the summer to enjoy the pool/spa/bbq…

I mostly work from home and my other roommate works away from home. We have been friends for over 15 years, and been roommates for over 8 years. The reason it’s working is that we respect each other’s space. It’s a great way to live in a house, but also have quiet to study or sleep etc, when needed. We both try to lead a healthy life, go walking, exercise in the house when it’s too hot outside, swim daily, movies, going to events, travel, etc.
